November is nearing once again! While I failed on my NaNo goal last year, I'm willing to give it another shot!

I might actually try it this time. I've been writing just a tiny, tiny bit lately, and I feel a little more confident.

the second year I did Nano I was going to school from 8 AM - 3 PM, and I worked overnights from 9 PM to 6 AM.

I think I'll make it this time cuz' I'm obscenely less busy.

I too contained a ridiculous amount of fail. got distracted by other projects, and thus the month ends with some plot ideas, but no story written.

I outfailed you, I bet. My campus lit club set a goal for 15,000. I missed that...and since I have to do stuff this weekend, I don't know that it's getting done.

I wisely anticipated my own failure a month in advance and did not even start to avoid such a crushing defeat. So in essence, I am the winner here.

Maybe, maybe not. I don't feel it was a complete waste - I did get pretty far (this is the first year I haven't spaced out and forgotten within three days), and I'm looking forward to working with these other plots.
