Now, we have a few topics on the upcoming American election, but all you folks seem to be ignoring (or simply don't know) that we here in Canada are also having an election soon! C'mon, weigh in on the issues! Stephen Harper (Conservative) vs. Stéphane Dion (Liberal) vs Jack Layton (NDP) vs Gilles Duceppe (Bloc Québécois) vs Elizabeth May (Green Party.)

Don't look at me, I don't know much about it either....

To be fair, the Canadian elections are almost stunningly boring by comparison.

Read in the newspaper that the Conservative party has, like, 35% of the votes, Liberal has about 28%, Bloc and Green have 8-9, and about 1% other

It's basically hinging on Vote-Switchers, the kinds that change their vote depending on what their family said the night before.
