"And here they come..." Omar looked around for something with some heft. He considered pulling a burning log from the fire, but quickly decided against it. While it would look impressive and intimidating, burning attackers would be more of a danger to allies and the camp. After a moment, he decided to take a stone from those that formed the fire ring. He lifted the rock by telekinesis and held it in front of him. As the wolves began to invade the campground, Omar took aim and blasted rocks at wolves, reusing previously thrown rocks if his telekinesis could reach them, and pulling new impromptu weapons from nearby otherwise.

Zephyr raises a hand and points toward one of the creatures, causing a strong, directed gust of wind to hit it head on. He turned toward Kyle, and glanced at his sword.

"Only a melee fighter? I'll let you know if they get close enough for you to use that pigsticker."

He turned his attention back to the creatures, and sent another gust toward a group of the creatures.

My surgery's tommorrow so today, tommorrow, and possibly Saturday there will definately be no update.

The gust scattered the wolves, and Kyle moved in swiftly for the kill. The whole camp was chaos, a rain of arrows, fire and water, and fur... so much fur. Just how many wolves were there? Kyle didn't want to wait to find out. When the wolves began to get back on their feet, he moved his position back to the Demi-human.

"I'd say we work rather well together, wouldn't you say?" he smiled in the small respite, before the battle came to him again.

--------------

"Almost there..." Lhaso grunted as he put the last few caps into the shield. He looked at the chaos around him. The main line was holding fast, but the wolves seemed to be everywhere. She reached out her hand and offered it to Emygiel. "Fire!" She shouted to the line. "As soon as this shield goes up make sure there's plenty of fire!" She smiled. "Ready?" She asked to her impromtu partner.

--------------

The wolf saw it's brother engulfed in flames. The smell of it's burning skin was unbearable. Compulsion couldn't break through it's natural instinct... it's natural fear. It backed away from the man of fire, snarling... and then made it's escape.

--------------

Kyrie tried to smile at the telepath, when he found him. He was throwing random debris at the wolves. It wasn't enough to kill the wolves... and they were spelled. They would keep coming until they were dead. Kyrie moved into the center... there were about four wolves around them. He twirled until they were back to back, and said loudly. "My walls are open, use my sight and stun them... then I'll finish them off."

Lhaso had created the "bolts" to hold the shield up and Emygeil had created the "walls" of the shield. But their two parts hadn't yet joined together. In the chaos of the battle with elemental forces, fur, arrows and other miscellaneous objects carried by telekinesis flying around she knew they didn't have a second to lose. The supporting sorcerer nodded and then focused the energy that she had used to make the shield walls into her palm.

"I'm ready!" She yelled over the chaos. Emygeil reached her hand out and clasped it firmly around Lhaso's extended hand. When they had joined hands a reaction would take place: The two halves would become whole and the barrier would be solidly erected in place around the campsite. Hopefully it would be enough to at least partially deter the spellbound wolves that had not yet begun invading the campsite.

Belial returned his arms to their folded position as he watched the wolf run off. He turned his head to stare forward once more when it disappeared from view.

Ves reached for another arrow; her face fell. She'd run out.

Dammi, now what? she thought to herself. There were few options: borrow from another archer, run into the fight and pull hers out of corpses, or a tactical retreat.

After a moment's thought, she decided on the latter.

(Necro-what-now?)

Omar nodded to the other demi-human. "We shall work together, then." He closed his eyes, letting himself flow into the young man's mind, his vision. As the other man looked at a wolf, he launched a large piece of debris to stun it, so that his partner could go for a kill.
