Triplex pattern lasguns have different energy settings. Gas Mask
A Gas Mask provides a +15% resistance bonus against airborne toxins.

Laser Sight
A laser sight can be attached to any ranged weapon, and provides the weilder with an extra +10% of scoring a placed shot. At least one action must be spent aiming before this bonus can be applied, however.

Medi-Pak
A medi-pak contains various first aid supplies, and allows its carrier to reroll failed recovery attempts. They only get one extra chance for each attempt though, no matter how many paks are carried.
