Similar to but subtlely different from the Sadness thread. In this thread, you can post about anything from mild annoyance (some jerk cut me off in traffic), to moderate anger (some jerk clipped my bumper when trying to cut me off) to shaking with rage (twelve people cut me off, then some uninsured jackass rear-ended me). Use of the emoticon is encouraged, though not required. I'll start.

I finished Assassin's Creed. It matches and surpasses Halo 2 in terms of dickish non-ending-ness, with the distinction that at its best, Halo 2 is a decent game, while at its worst, Assassin's Creed is a good if repetitive game.

You know what? Since I'm posting here, I might as well post about something that made me angry today.

I went to the post office today to send back a defective piece of junk from the UK. While I was at it, I decided I'd take my passport application, get it out of the way, y'know. I arrived at 10:30, and saw a sign that said passports couldn't be processed until 11:00. The line was pretty long (don't know why), and there were only two people working there. So, I thought, "Okay, I'll be here for thirty minutes, and I can get my passport done with."

Well, then two more workers showed up, and line started going quickly. I got to desk by 10:40. I tried to see if I could maybe get my passport taken care of then and there, even though I was a little early.

"No, come back in twenty minutes."

So, I went grocery shopping, and came back by 11:10. Apparently, there was a separate line just for passports, so I stood in that line.

11:45 rolls around. One family is still in front of me. I'm doing this solo, BTW. Anyway, 11:45 rolls around. The post office closes for a lunch break, won't re-open until 12:45, and then will close for the day at 2:00. I had already waited in the passport line for 35 minutes, still had one family in front of me. Chances are, they were willing to camp outside the post office until the lunch break was over. I wasn't.

So, yeah. The whole thing sucked. And, to make matters worse, I had to pay shipping to return that defective piece of junk because it came from out of country, even though I hadn't opened it. At least, not that the postal workers could notice (because I'm very clever when it comes to opening packages, just in the event it is defective, as this was the case).

Then I got home and opened up my package of Stuf that came last night, and found some of the DVD boxes were smashed.

Oh gawd!

This is like, perfomance pressure! I rant and fume 24/7 in the chat, but now that I have this thread, my mind is totally blank!

I was lucky, I found a group of people I fit really well with and they've pretty much been my friends for 8 years now. I would say something that I'm angry about but I don't get angry often. My life is pretty good right now... boring, but good.
