| Keep at it, once I got used to them I loved bikes much more than cars, I found pulling the monos so much more practical than the second boost level on the drifts. After I got the dolphin dasher I pretty much used that one bike to 100% the game. _________________ Buy me a pony.

| So, on my second day of classroom observations, my teacher's sick, and there's no sub. What does the school do? If you guessed "leave the inexperienced and unlicensed student in charge," you're right! _________________ Perhaps there is something wrong with the Brain Tumbler. If you guessed "leave the inexperienced and unlicensed student in charge," you're right! | you should have asked for them to pay you.

| Eh, to be fair, they did have other teachers pop in and out to make sure nothing was catching fire or anything....but having the ones who knew what they were doing actually teaching instead of watching would've been nice. _________________ Perhaps there is something wrong with the Brain Tumbler. | I'm an education major. The thing is, though...I'm not supposed to actually be teaching yet. Hence the observations. _________________ Perhaps there is something wrong with the Brain Tumbler. Or you could be insane, but we'll run tests on that later.

| that's not what her observation assignment is for. It's basically like they said she would be doing one thing (watching the teacher work) and suddenly they forced her into doing something completely different while she was there (running the classroom) If the people were upfront about you maybe running the class if the teacher was out then it wouldn't be such a big deal, I don't think. _________________ | Quote: | | The world is a mess and I just need to... rule it. |

| I was just told I may have not gotten hired in my last interview because of facial hair Admittedly, this comes third-hand, i.e. my grandmother heard it from my cousin who heard it from a friend who works there, and my grandmother I think has a touch of dementia and is notorious for imagining conversations and thinking they actually happened. And further admittedly, I interviewed with a guy with a goatee and ate lunch with another guy with a goatee. But hearing this still got me pretty 'ed up. _________________ |
